Novice Fleet Racing

Join the Cup Fleet during each race and regatta. The NYC Race Captain will host a special briefing for first-time racers just after each skippers meeting (see schedule below for dates, times, and location).

Out on the water, after watching the Cup Fleet start their race, you’ll get to practice a start and even head for the first mark. The Race Captain will walk everyone through each step. No pressure!  Register below as a Novice Fleet Skipper and join us at the skippers meeting with your crew. We’ll take it from there!

Novice Fleet Training

Have your own boat and want an experienced racing skipper to coach you onboard? Or are you a Cup Series skipper who is looking for extra crew? Novice Fleet Training days are a great opportunity to learn a few new tricks or recruit new crew. Novice Skippers register below.
