Catalina Jazz Festival Interest Information
This year we have a unique opportunity to travel to the Jazz Festival with NYC members who also have boats on the coast. George, Steve and Tim have offered berths on their boats to club members for this very special event. Not a member yet? Only $50.00 to join.

We are currently building an interest list for the Cataling Jazz Festival the week of October 12 - 16th. Up to three Member's boats will be sailing to the festival and additional berths are open to NYC Members. If you have any interest in attending on these dates please email Tim Ehrlich the cruising Captain Cemseller@gmail.com.

You can also reserve a spot on a boat or a hotel room and take the Catalina Flyer over to the event and meet up with us.
Food and drinks will be loaded on the boats ahead of time and contribution for supplying the boats will be determined based on actual costs. (A deposit of $150.00 per person will be taken with RSVP. Refundable if event is cancelled*)
Currently there are 12 – 14 available berths available for this trip, interest sign up will close on September 15th. Tickets to the Jazz Festival must be purchased from the website at jazztrax.com separately. Hotel rooms and other accommodations may be available on the island. For more information or questions please call Tim Ehrlich, Cruising Captain, 909-936-4670.
To Sign Up please email your interest to Tim Cemseller@gmail.com with the dates you would like to attend as well as your preferred method of travel: (Ie: Flyer, Monohull, Catamaran/combination)
* note: This fee may not be the entire required contribution. Mooring fees are expensive in Catalina (I think the big cat is $90/night) so additional contribution may be required on the boat.
